KCS will be accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). Founded in 1885, NEASC accredits over 1,500 independent schools and colleges and universities in the U.S. and worldwide.

The founders of KCS have extensive experience with accreditation processes, having led their respective schools through accreditations, as well as served on or chaired accreditation committees for the Independent School Association of the Central Sates (ISACS) and for NEASC.

KCS has held discussions with NEASC in anticipation of its fall of 2022 opening, and will be submitting its formal application for accreditation of the initial school to NEASC at that time. It expects the approval process to be 18-24 months.
